Our desktop software applications are provided under specific end-user software agreements. Downloads are scanned for security integrity; however, software is provided on an "AS IS" basis. Users assume full responsibility for running executables within their local environment.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
RiddleTech services, documentation, and technical articles are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. RiddleTech makes no representations regarding uninterrupted performance or third-party service availability.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall RiddleTech, its lead developer Ephantus Mwaura, or its affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of your access to or inability to use our services, code tutorials, or software tools.
